Wireframe and design a client-side application used internally to collect and analyze data.
HCM Strategists came to us needing help replacing their manual, bulky, spreadsheet-heavy system of data input and analysis. After doing a deep dive into HCM’s process and workflow, we created wireframes and designs to streamline and simplify their user experience.
WHO ARE THE USERS?
HCM Strategists is a public policy and advocacy consulting firm that provides support and strategic guidance to help develop public policies in education.
Working with the client, we identified two primary user roles within the organization — the researcher and the analyst.
THE RESEARCHER
To help generate reports that evaluate public health policies from a variety of foundations, the researcher inputs and evaluates a multitude of informational sources into the HCM system.
THE ANALYST
The analysts’ role includes the steps of the researcher role in addition to being able to define metrics, review policies and apply criteria determination, and ultimately create and view reports based upon these metrics and criteria.
